This book charts how Cecil Beaton created a new public image of the British royal family between the 1930s to 1970s, using many unseen images from the V&A’s archive of Beaton’s royal portraits. Set in a single classic serif throughout, utilising all the styles for different typographic elements. Hardback bound in a textured paper, with silver blocking and blind de-bossing.
